Catharsis is a collaboration between French dancer Malo Jean-Albert and Italian-Russian Filmmaker Yulia Neproshina, in which the two heavily use match on action to visualise the feeling of unwanted touching on a night out. Originally produced as part of the Cinemarea filmmaking campus, the film was shot in La Paloma, Uruguay. Photographed by Nat Rowbotham.
